【迎采】主體由五個型態優美的鋼塑分件組成，其圓弧曲線呼應圓滿戶外劇場舞台頂蓋，表現出生命力與律動感，亦象徵迎風揚起的夢想，隨著樂音悠揚，舞動著歡欣的旗幟，向人們發出熱烈的邀請與呼喚！下方之環體，彷彿正隨著樂曲擺動搖曳著，豐富了作品的表情。除了象徵性的意義，喚起人們心中的感動外，【迎采】更希望能引發人們行動的共鳴與想望！民眾除可欣賞【迎采】美麗的外觀，感受設計者的創作熱情外，無論何時，每一個人都可以來這兒享受悠閒的快樂時光。

This work is composed of five steel pieces, shaped like graceful waves on their upper ends to echo the roof of the Fulfillment Amphitheater in Wen-Xin Forest Park. The design is inspired by images of overflowing musical notes and waving flags, symbolizing dynamic rhythms and joyful dreams, and sending out a warm welcome to all. The work's circumbasal structure has also been created to resemble a ring swinging with melodies, thus enriching its overall expression. Together, these symbolic messages aim to stimulate the imagination and inspire audiences. Everyone is welcome at all times to visit this amphitheater for leisure and enjoyment.
