書香憩息 / A Resting Place for Reading

尼采：「讀書給我更多的憩息，引導我散步在別人的知識與靈魂中。」

融入植物、樹木生長之意象，象徵本校改制後將如同豐潤的土地滋養著閱讀的種子和樹苗，學生們能夠適性發展，擁有快樂、活潑、充實的生活，就像五顏六色的鳥兒、彩蝶在敞開的書本中的林木間嘻戲，自在遨遊於書海，享受閱讀的樂趣，思維智識成熟增長，將如大樹茁壯而不斷日新又新。

Friedrich Nietzsche: “Reading allows me to rest, and beckons me to stroll amongst the wisdom and souls of others.”

This work, A Resting Place for Reading, fuses the images of growing plants with that of trees, symbolizing that once the school system is changed, the school will be like fertile land, nurturing the seeds and saplings of reading. This will enable students to develop in a manner compatible with their psyches, one that will be joyous, spirited and fulfilling. Just like variegated birds and butterflies frolicking amidst the forests illustrated in an open book, they will spontaneously find pleasure in a sea of books. Their thinking and intellectual capacity will thus grow and mature day by day, like that of a giant tree.
